Safeguarding Risks in the Time of COVID-19 – Oxfam

“This short document identifies 10 key risks that Oxfam needs to be aware of in relation to COVID-19 and sexual exploitation abuse and sexual harassment (SEAH) and child abuse. While it has been developed specifically for Oxfam staff, it is also useful for other organisations working in the sector. Some of the key risks identified include increased movement of people in communities, economic hardship, rapid recruitment of staff, changes in role descriptions and ways of working and difficulty in reaching communities. Oxfam has also developed a one pager information sheet on how to mitigate against some of these risks.”
